Tianjin RongHeng Group LLC is a to-be-listed company specialized in petroleum drilling and exploitation device manufacturing. The Group was founded in 1982, restructured to limited liability company in 1999, named “Tianjin Hi-tech Enterprise” by Tianjin Municipal Government in 2008 and listed as “Tianjin Sci-tech Little Giant Enterprise” by Tianjin Municipal Government in 2011. Its registered place is North of Jinyu Road, Ninghe County, Tianjin and registered capital is RMB 63.58 million.

In possession of petroleum drilling and exploitation equipment, precision foundry, mechanical processing and other advanced production assembly lines and inspection devices of globally advanced level, staples of the Group include electric petroleum-submersed pumps, electric petroleum-submersed motors, boost water injection pumps, double screw pumps, single screw pumps, reciprocal plunger pumps, impellers guide shells for pump and other advanced precision castings. Its products cover all the major oilfields nationwide, which are sold to US, Germany, Russia, Canada, Japan, Singapore and Indonesia etc., playing the decisive role in domestic and foreign oilfield-supporting enterprises.

      After over two decades of constant exploration and practice, the Group has formed a complete sci-tech innovation system and followed a way of independent development and innovation. Its physically and chemically experimental facilities, technical development, service system etc. for petroleum drilling and exploitation device manufacturing have reached domestically or internationally advanced level. It is in possess of its own intellectual property rights in many fields in petroleum drilling and exploitation devices such as precision foundry, die manufacturing, and electric pump manufacturing including 5 invention patents and 41 utility model patents. The program of combo small-power motor was granted with US invention patent, filling in technical gap both at home and abroad. The boost water injection pump and relief pump have been listed in “State Spark Program” and “Municipal Spark Program”; offshore platform water injection pump has been listed as “Tianjin Key Challenge Program”. Two products have been granted with “Second Prize for Technical Innovation in Tianjin”; one product has been granted with “Tianjin Technological Achievement Award”; boost water injection pump has been rated “Tianjin Famous-brand Product”.

      The Group has been paying attention to the introduction, cultivation and use of technological talents and focused on construction of sci-tech team. At present, the Group is in possession of a total of 86 professional technicians with college degree in average. The Group founded technology research & development center in 1986. Its five senior engineering technicians are granted with allowance by State Council. The technology research & development center has successively established close partnerships with Tianjin University, Tianjin University of Science & Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other universities, colleges and sci-tech institutions. The Group has established technical partnerships with Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield and other domestic well-known enterprises. Mutual benefit and interconnection in technology has greatly promoted product linkage mechanism between manufacturers and users and enhanced its competitiveness in international market and changed technology R&D center into a R&D institution acknowledged both at home and abroad. The technology center in the Group has been rated “Youth Civilization” and “National Study-oriented Advanced Group” by Tianjin Youth League.

      At present, the Group is in possession of a total of 2600 employees. Its total assets are worth about RMB 912 million. 70% of its products are exported overseas. Some products of petroleum drilling and exploitation devices account for 50% and 60% in international and domestic markets respectively. In 2013, the Group realized sale revenue of RMB 618 million, including $53.2 million in export for earning foreign exchange and RMB 73.02 million in profit and tax.
      The Group will continue to pioneer in technological innovation and increase investment in hi-tech and fixed assets. Since 2013, it has invested a total of RMB 600 million, built a total of 340,000m2 of land and a modern industry technology park of high standard, technology and level covering premises of 200,000m2. The Group has invested RMB 120 million in steel tube manufacturing and RMB 80 million in all-automatic wax pressing production lines and Danish all-automatic foundry production lines of globally leading level. The shell-making production lines for new equipment of no pollution and environmental protection developed by the Group have been activated in a comprehensive way; its high-temperature alloy shaft program has achieved success. All the programs have been put into operation. By introducing, digesting and absorbing international new technology, device and management, it is expected to develop a total of 15 special oilfield devices, make professional equipment products serialized, declare a total of 60 national patents, form industrialized scale as soon as possible and realize multiplied growth in annual output value and profit.
