     Integrity counts in cooperation. Facing each partner, we move him by integrity, judge by credit and pursue mutual benefit and common development; integrity counts in service. Facing each customer, we insist in the concept that customers are always correct and sincerely offer services for them; integrity counts in management. Facing each employee, we are concerned with them in every moment, relieving anxiety and difficulty for them and fulfilling promises; integrity counts in interaction. Employees should build an atmosphere which they trust and cooperate with each other and form an interpersonal relationship of “faith, trust and credit”.

      Among senior, intermediate and workshop units in the Group, every department is required to implement the spin-off of agencies, duties and personnel with operation, control and supervision. Every employee is required to clarify responsibilities, powers and interests.

  Balance— —
     Based on check, we allocate a variety of powers, responsibilities and interests, formulate a variety of systems, and form a management mechanism of well-defined rights and responsibilities, “legal control” and combination of incentive and restriction.
