RongHeng Group has established a salary management system based on position value, which is competitive both inside and outside the Group.
The Group underwrites employment injury insurance, endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, and maternity insurance for employees and plans to underwrite employer liability insurance for those back to work after retirement.

Clothing: the Group offers three uniforms in winter and summer for all the employees and offers labor protection appliances for front-line employees every year.
Food: the Group offers monthly meal allowance for employees, which is equipped with an employee’s canteen in good environment in supply for 24 hours a day.
Shelter: the Group offers a well-equipped employee’s dormitory and assigns introduced talents to settle in talent’s apartment. Bachelors are advised to be assigned in single rooms; the Group offers corresponding allowance for couples applying for living outside.
Transportation: the Group assigns shuttle to pick up employees in commuting every day, assigns specialized shuttle to pick up employees in the nearby counties and cities during spring festival, and offers reimbursement for travel expenses for non-local employees. Allowance for car purchase and consumption (gasoline allowance) is offered for workshop directors and higher-level leaders in the Group.
In addition, employees are granted with a variety of holiday treatment stipulated by the state and holiday presents; employees celebrating their birthday in the month are granted with exquisite birthday presents.
