The Group has been running school and establishing offsite talent pool with major universities and colleges. The Group has established an in-plant corporate training center, regularly held a variety of training sessions and enhanced comprehensive quality and business capacity of existing employees.

In the platform of training center, the Group classifies three hierarchies and levels including new employee induction training, professional training (junior worker, technician, assistant engineer, senior engineer), and cadre training (workshop director training, standby cadre training, in-service cadre training, senior executive training) depending on routes of career development of employees while offering public training programs such as internationalization and cultural training in combination with corporate strategy and business demand. The training center is equipped with beautiful environment, complete functions and modern training facilities and classrooms.

RongHeng Group will build its own corporate university in the future—“RongHeng Drilling and Exploitation Device Manufacturing Engineering College”, which will offer all-round and systematic training for talent pool and existing employees in RongHeng Group and feed professional talents for RongHeng Group and drilling and exploitation device industry including training sessions for new employees, professional technicians, workshop directors, standby cadres, in-service cadres etc. Specifically, they cover:

1. New employee induction training: making closed training on new employees and helping new employees have all-round understanding of the Group, comprehend and acknowledge corporate culture before starting to work;

2. Skill and professional training of all grades;

3. Workshop director training;

4. Standby cadre training;

5. In-service cadre training;

6. Senior executive and senior experienced engineer training.
